REFUNDS & RETURNS


We offer a 14 Day Change of Mind Policy

If you change your mind on a product or it does not match its description, we are happy to provide a refund accompanied with your Proof of Purchase. We do ask that the item be returned in its original packaging and has not been used or altered in any way.

The following merchandise is excluded from our 14-day Change of Mind Policy: Clothing, Shoes, Personal Care, Liquids, Consumables, CD/ DVDs, Manchester & Gift Cards.

If your item is FAULTY, we will arrange for the item to be repaired. If the item cannot be repaired, we will supply a replacement unit or refund. To receive a refund or replacement for your product, you must have the original invoice or proof of purchase and the item must be within its warranty period.

There is NO Warranty or Returns on ANY glass products including Mirrors & Vanities. Products must be checked prior to leaving!

We are a Clearance Centre so warranty periods may differ from what is stated on packaging. Please ask staff for clarification.
