How click & collect works
- Add your items to the cart and choose Pickup at checkout.
- We'll email you as soon as your order is ready, usually within 24 hours on business days.
- Bring your order confirmation (on your phone is fine) and collect during opening hours.
Good to know
- Collection is free; you pay only for your order.
- Our Derrimut site is a warehouse, not a showroom, so there's no browsing on site. Ordering online first is the quickest way, but if you know what you're after you're welcome to drop in during opening hours and buy on the spot (cash or card).
- Picking up something bulky, such as a fridge, washing machine, generator or BBQ? Bring a vehicle big enough to carry it, and call us if you're unsure of the size.
- Moving from Altona: Nightingale's former Altona store has closed, and all collections are now from Derrimut.
Popular with customers in Melbourne's west
- Fridges, freezers and cooktops
- Washing machines and dryers
- Water pumps and generators
- Coleman BBQs and outdoor kitchens
- Tools and hardware
