How long delivery takes
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days.
- Most orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days. Remote areas can take a little longer.
- Every order is tracked, and we email your tracking details as soon as it's dispatched.
How we ship
- Orders up to 21kg go by Australia Post.
- Heavier and bulky items go by courier or freight.
- Items over 30kg need a tailgate (lifting) service under workplace safety rules. If there's an extra charge for this, we'll let you know after you order.

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your postcode and the size of your order, so you'll see the full price before you pay.
